This privacy policy explains how OneRisk, Inc. (“OneRisk”, “we” or “us”) collects and uses personal information through this website and its mirror at onerisk.ai (the “site”). It does not cover the OneRisk platform that we provide to customers, which is governed by our agreements with those customers.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, company, job title, organization type and anything you choose to tell us in your message. We also record the IP address the request was sent from, to help us spot fraud and abuse. When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit, how you interact with them and the site that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies for this; our own measurement does not.
How we use information
- To respond to your demo request or message, and to arrange and hold a demonstration
- To communicate with you about OneRisk, where you have asked us to or where the law permits it
- To understand how the site is used, including recognizing repeat visits, and to improve it
- To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse
- To comply with our legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business and that process it on our behalf, such as our hosting and email provider (Amazon Web Services) and our analytics provider (Google). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep information
We keep demo requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage our relationship with you, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them. Hosting logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email info@onerisk.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where information is processed
OneRisk is based in the United States, and the site and its service providers process information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last changed.
